The Valued Nutrition Approach
Taking Control for a Better Life -
Your Accountability Partner
In 2023, I decided to transform my passion for fitness and nutrition into an opportunity to support, guide, and hold women, especially moms, accountable for prioritizing their well-being. As women and mothers, we often put others before ourselves, forgetting that we can offer our best when we first take care of ourselves.

When we are well, our families, our work, and our environments thrive. It all begins with taking control, making simple changes to create reliable consistency, and having an accountability partner to guide you.

Imagine this: you're strong, confident, and free to make choices that benefit your health. You move your body, fuel it effectively, and have a healthy relationship with food—all because you said YES to an accountability partner, which is me! No more waiting; your kids want to play with you for life!

Story
My Journey to Nutrition Coaching - Finding Sanity Through Fitness and Food
After the birth of my son, I immersed myself in the world of nutrition and fitness. Being an athlete since a young age, fitness had always been a part of my life, but as an adult and now a mother, it became my sanctuary. It helped me navigate the challenges of new motherhood, from the frustrations and confusion to changing relationships and my evolving body.
When I added the food component and hired my first macro coach, everything clicked into place. With clean foods and the right nutrition, I achieved a level of fitness and a body I had never thought possible.

The early days of motherhood were intimidating, and I had put off becoming a mother for years out of fear. However, once I said yes, my son became the love of my life. As a mother, I realized that my daily workouts and clean eating were non-negotiable. Without them, I'd feel cranky, irritable, and drained. There's simply too much going on in life to be irritable all the time.
So, yes, I work out every day, sometimes intensely, sometimes gently, but always consistently. And yes, I follow a very clean diet because it's what makes my body and mind feel and perform at their best.
